Prof Zhao has 36 years of experience in the mining industry and international business including Africa and Asia. He is a former Executive of Bindura Nickel Corporation Ltd, Senior Manager at Advisian/Worley Parsons Group, Harmony Gold Mining and Goldfields SA.
Don has over 30 years of experience in ore processing, process plants design, and chemical analysis. He participated in the studies, design, and erection of several manganese washing and DMS plants including the 150tph and 200tph plants for the Franceville and OIkondja manganese mines in Gabon.
Gary is a Civil Engineer with 25 years of experience in mine development, specialized in construction and operations management of tailings storage facilities and related infrastructure projects. He participated in the development of various mines in Angola, Gabon, Australia, South Africa and Namibia.
Ed is an independent Consulting Geologist with over 38 years service as a geologist and geological manager with BHP Billiton and its preceding companies.
